We understand that life happens and because of that we look into our local community and give back to our communities, neighborhoods, and families that are in need.

California 2020
Big Basin State Park had the biggest fire in history. The fire spread for hundreds of miles into neighboring towns destroying the family homes of hundreds of residents.
Tifton Partners invested sweat equity and joined Samaritan's purse helping homeowners recover lost valuables.
California 2022
CityTeam purchased a 50-unit apartment complex in San Jose, CA. Their vision is to renovate and refurbish each unit to provide housing for abused women with needed safe housing helping them to get back on their feet.
Tifton Partners teamed up with the local City Team Chapter to provide workers, tools and expertise in order to help CT complete their goals. One of our employees was the Site foreman and helped keep the project on time and on budget. We were able to use tools like Coda to handle tracking project details and timelines. Thanks Coda!
